- Unique to our anesthesia company is an anesthesia prescreen, where one of our staff members calls the patient in advance to ensure they are safe and appropriate for office-based sedation.
- If the patient requires any clearance or further testing, we will notify your staff so that our teams may coordinate this for your patient.
- One of our clinical staff members is always available for questions about patient safety as well as information about anesthesia.
- We use a HIPAA compliant file share system, which allows for quick and easy communication between our facilities and safe transference of patient documentation.

Our staff consists of doctors who are board-certified/critical-trained anesthesiologists, who have been doing in-office anesthesia for over 10 years. They have the knowledge and skills to provide a safe and effective anesthetic for procedures in the in-office setting. Our anesthesiologists are paired with an anesthesia technician that is trained to supervise the preoperative and postoperative setting as well as assist the anesthesiologist during the procedure. Our triage staff is trained to ask the appropriate questions to obtain a full history and physical. This allows for our physicians to make a fully informed decision on patient care and safety. We make the safety and comfort of patients our number one priority. Our scheduling process is easy and convenient for your office. There is one point of contact and she always answers within 24 hours. We have an easy to use file share system that is HIPPA compliant where all of the patient information can be uploaded.
SWPT EMR System.
SWPT uses an Electronic Medical Recorder called Anesthesia AOS. This EMR system is specifically for anesthesia providers. It helps keep all information organized and readily accessible. Your staff have their own login that gives you access to all of your patients anesthesia records.

Weekly SWPT staff does a continuous education class with new subjects covered each week . We like to keep our skills as up to date as possible, constantly sharpening them to provide the safest and most effective anesthesia care.
